Just picked her up this past friday. Flew to Virginia in the morning and drove home 13hrs 830miles straight. She has around 26K miles, kinda high, but I got a really good deal. On to the pics:

There's a midwest lancer forum as well as a windy city evo forum. It's pretty disorganized, but there are a fair number of meets.

most of the meets involve all lancers and not evo specific. Though i do see a fair number of them driving between downers grove and bartlett everyday.

Word of advice, don't run those Advans in any kind of frost or snow. Get some winter tires. I personally use Continental ContiExtremeContact for winter and find them adequate all around tires for a good price. Now if only I could find 17x8 rims to put them on for a good price I'd be truly happy.
