I'm from KCMO flew in to see the car this past Sat but weather did not cooperate. I did not feel comfortable driving it in the rain and so was not able to fully evaluate the car. The car looks to be in very good condition but any additional info. will be much appreciated.

It's fast 
but in reality that car is built by professionals and you have nothing to worry about in terms of if the car will perform. The only thing you need to watch out for is breaking axels with that much power. Enjoy

I don't doubt the quality at AMS. I'm thinking the $45k in the purchase price plus mods. That seems about like $10-13k in mods.
Turbo, cams, EMS, etc.
What tires did it have on? You might need to purchase new for the winter if you plan on driving it.
