Saw a white evo rs cruising around off of east broad street near blacklick..
Tried to stop him but i was not in my evo, so he probably thought i was a nut :-)
Anyways, anybody know this guy? He was black, maybe 37 to 40 years old. Figured it be cool to know since he was in my neighborhood..
