Installer Recommendations: Centrall Illinois

OK, I'm in Peoria. It's 3 hrs to Chicago, St. Louis, and 3.5 to Indy.

Who does the work well and right at the right prices?

Potential services:

O2 housing and turbo-back
FMIC w/upper & lower piping
clutch
engine management w/tuning and dyno

Thanks!

You could try Axis Power Racing in Ill, Ron is usually a busy guy but he does great work. I believe he is located in the Bellview area.

Kazz,
I am located in Peoria, as well. I installed a Buschur TB and UIP in my garage and plan to add the AMS intercooler and Lower pipe kit. I am definitly planning on making a trip to AMS when it comes to CAMS and Turbo upgrade. So to answer your question go with AMS.

In my opinion, this is the most part to think about. You can probably find lots of mom-n-pop shops close by to install your exhaust or intercooler, but who do you want tuning your car afterwards? What kind of engine management are you going to do: a flash, piggyback, ecu replacement?

If I were making such a significant cash outlay, I'd want to find the best person alive for tuning my particular managment system, then find a way to get my car to them.

LMAO!!!

Winter time is definatly slower schedule wise for us. If you give us a call we can usually get you right in. Dont wait till spring though, we get booked up two weeks out sometimes.
