I'm new to the area and was wondering if there were any Lansing area Evo owners who know the MI tuner shops, meet and greets, etc. I moved from Green Bay to Lansing for the wife to attend law school and am looking to meet Evo drivers, perhaps to take trips to Buschur or other events for tuning, shows, auto x, etc.

I don't know of any Lansing area EVO's, but there is a bunch of us here in Metro Detroit

Three tuner shops, two with all-wheel dynos, are right in town.

 

where do all you MI evos hide at? lol Ive never seen another one on the road before....

 

There is a few of us in Grand Rapids too.

 

I am in macomb and (car parked for the winter now though) I can be found in Rochester, Royal Oak, Mt. Clemens, Auburn HIlls.

 

Derekj03 - I'm in Canton too!! South of Cherry Hill, West of Beck - and travel into Dearborn each day via MI Avenue. I have a red '03 Evo.

 

Nice to here there are some of you out there. I'm looking for a shop or place to install cams this spring some time since I'm stuck in an apartment for a year and can't really do that kind of work without a garage. Let me know if anyone knows of a shop that will do this. Thanks!

I did mine, but Payn http://www.payntechnologies.com/ could easily take care of all your needs. They have tuned all my cars and I have much respect for that shop.

All my dyno runs have been at Payn Tech. Tom and his crew have years of DSM experience.

You shoulda been around for the last dyno day. It was all Audi's....I was the only EVO.
