Flash in St. Louis

How many people would be interested in bringing Al (Dynoflash), Works or Vishnu to Saint Louis for flashing/tuning. If we can get a fair number I'm sure they will come.

I would suggest Axis Tuning. This was done in October 2003 with WORKS and it was a big turn out so hopefully there are several new EVO Owners interested for this new one.

Yep. I was one of the co-organizers for the November (sorry, not Oct) 2003 Works Dyno Day at Axis. Ron and the guys out in Belleville were great, and I've been out there since a few times as well as many others from the area.

I think we got 17 total Evo's to show up from like 5 different states. Not sure if'll you'll get enough to commit to another round, whatever the product may be.

Oh, and please keep that dynocrap flash out of our area...IMO.

I'm thinking we could probably get a good turnout for a basic Dyno Day at Axis??

I'm curious what I'm putting down now, just need like 2 runs to find out.

FYI just to clearify I wouldn't be getting a flash but one of the other evo's that I know is probably interested would be. Myself and the 3rd and maybe 4th person you just be up for dyno time.

I know that you will need so many commited so I didn't want to miscommunicate.

Darren3, I hope you can find enough interested people. I live in southern MO. and would like to meet other EVO owners. My car has Buschur Racing stage 2 and the Dynoflash really makes a huge difference, but it is a nuisance to send off the ecu. BTW, anyone know of any track days, hpde, club events, etc. scheduled in the midwest? (sorry if OT)

Hmm. I'd like to see a Works P2 flash ($500) go against a custom Dynoflash ($400).

My car is dynoflashed and probably the best hp gain for the money.

boomn29 what your reasoning behind callin it dynocrap? I've always heard good things from people with Al's products. What make the works flashes any better? I've been looking into getting a flash for awhile now and would like to get as much info as possible before deciding on wich to get.

You'd have to do your homework on the flashes. There have been many detailed threads comparing. The point is that Works generates the best SAFE performance based on their techniques.

That being said, I'd not put any off-the-shelf flash against a custom flash - that'd be stupid.

I had been hoping for a more localized flash event (tuned) a year ago but when it wasn't happening I went Works P2. I'm a very satisfied customer.
