Let me know if you're still looking at doing this meet. I've been delayed by about two weeks in getting my Evo back from the body shop, but I might be ready in time. Otherwise, I'll catch you at the next Schaumberg-area meet. It will be my first EvoM meet, and it'll be awesome to finally meet some Evo enthusiasts. The Evo owner's in the Crystal Lake area seem a little stuffy and never wave.
i highly suggest you guys stay away from the streets of woodfield and woodfield mall. We had our first MLC meet there a couple of years ago and everything was fine. we went to gameworks and a couple other places. The next month we returned and the moment we pulled in they kicked us out and BANNED us from returning. We even told them we were paying customers at a few locations and they didnt care. We drove across the street to the very back of the mall parking lot and got the same treatment. Portillo's down the street is probably good but you might want to call them and let them know that you want to meet in the very back of their parking lot and you will be eating there...
