hey im down with ams tommoro...its just 1 min drive from my work...the other place is too far for me 2 drive 2...since ill b in des plaines at 10...so bout hour and half drive.

 

I dont know if ill be able to make it at 10.....if we could make i aroind maybe 11 or 12, that would be excellent.

Sorry guys if u were waiting for me......my grandma had a stroke, so we had to head out to McHenry to visit her. She's fine, but she will be in the hospital for a week in order to recover. Hope u guys had fun, and i appreciate u waiting for me! I'll hopefully see u guys this friday night at AMS.

So nobody showed up? That's pretty disappointing......sorry man, i woud have been there for sure, but i had a family emergency (see my previous post). I think a bunch of people are gonna show up at AMS this friday night....ill definitely be there with a couple buddies. Hope people actually show up though.

 

Rlazer, sorry to hear about your Grandmother, glad to hear she's ok.

I would have come, but I was out dodgeing cones and using up my brakes.

 

there was others there myself jeff and gina got there around 1145 and stayed almost to 100 wasn't much fun they weren't cooking. hope they do well in there shop not sure what they are offering though.

 

they were cooking when i got there around sometime between 1:30-2:00...

would have gotten there sooner but I got hella lost,...Mapquest directions sux0rz

Yah everyone missed the turn off for the shop.. I thought I saw a red evo pass by.. i guess that was you red... Did you miss the turn too??? but I agree with Eric... not real sure what they had to offer because no one was talking about it.. some more information on the shop would have been nice.. but I was still miffed about being dissed with the introductions... What am I chop liver?? No I am a girl... ... so I don't think I will fairly recommend this place when dealing with evom and mlc members ... You know it is funny how people underestimate what you know and who you know... We were the only Mitsu's there ... it seemed like they dealt with more Mazda's ... But like I said before... no information...

On the other hand... I did play some killer mini golf.. and I now have a half tan!! Eric I should have followed in your lead of turning every few minutes... The drive was nice.. so the day wasn't a complete loss...

 

well the stupid directions told me to go to US-20...which is like everywhere,..i ended up following US-20 towards Aurora and I thought, we're no where near Orland Park...*turns around*...

then we got to 95th street and the directions didn't tell us to go east or west...so we went west first and we ended up in farm land... *turns around*...

we find south harlem but couldn't find a southbound exit....*turns around*

on south harlem looking for 153rd st...driving by we went from 150th st and the next street we find was 157th... *turns around*

we took a right on some street...followed the industrial area and we pass by some nice cars, a bunch of FD's civics, SE-R's...and NO MITSU's!!...i was like.."is this the right place?"...so we didnt' even enter the parking lot... there was no other place with any cars so we thought that had to be it...soo yea... what coulda been a 40 min drive ended up taking an hour and a half...and eating 75% of my full tank of gas...

heh...from my observation yesterday,...looks like it was a Drift Shop...lots of FDs and 240s, pretty cool...but not enough people.

 

YUCK! We followed Jeff who luckily had a navigation system hook up! woo hoo... Did you stay long? Too bad we missed ya .. you could have joined us down the street!
