I need my 5th gear syncros fixed, I believe it shoudl be covered since I have bumper-to-bumper extended warranty?

But what dealer should I take it to? I got mine from max madsen, but for some reasons I have heard bad things about them?

I don't know about Schaumburg's service dept, but the sales department tried to sell me an Evo for north of $35000 in April 2003. I still flip them off when I drive down Golf Road!

 

I've had all my service work done at Bigger's in Elgin. They have been awesome and even accepted my Pit Pass program, which they do not sell. Apparently, the car is supposed to be serviced at the location you purchased the program from, but they took me anyways. They have been awesome.
