Does anyone know a good amount about video...I'm looking for the most accessible format to use, how to display stream and what encoder settings to use.

Are you looking for DVD format? CD format? Streaming? If it's not a professional job, Windows Movie maker works really well for what it is. Plus it's free

I have also heard about the whole plane never hitting the Pentagon thing. If that's the case, then what happened to that other missing plane with all the people on it? They all just chillin' inside a mountain somewhere?
Although, I can't recall seeing any video of the actual plane impact into the building. It would be kinda surprising to find out there is no video of it because it's the friggin' Pentagon. There have to be hundreds of video and still cameras aimed at it all the time.
Just something viewable online, probibly streaming because of the length of the movie(20+ min).
Whats a good movie size, fps, bitrate? I guess the price of the program doesn't matter

Well yes, there is probably video of the plane (or whatever) hitting the Pentagon.
If you were the government, would you release it? Why?
There is no point to releasing the video, it's not going to quiet the conspiracy theorists, they have video of planes running into the WTC towers and they are still screaming inside job.
Now I beleive that a plane hit the pentagon, I'm not saying that any other theory is stupid though. I posted that video to show what could happen, it's surprising how a plane can disappear like that if you haven't seen it before.
Now, a lot of people will say that a 757 weighs a lot more than a phantom, and that the pentagon isn't a 15' thick solid block of concrete. They are right, but I would contend 3 things, the pentagon wall may not be as strong as a nuclear bunker, but it isn't a garden wall here, while a 757 may weigh a lot more, I'm willing to bet it's no where near as strong as a phantom, and it did manage to put a hole in the wall whereas the phantom didn't seem to do anything significant to that lump of concrete.
So, not saying this proves that a plane hit the wall, just saying here's some evidence to suggest why there wasn't a whole lot of plane left over.
