I used to have an 05 OBP STi but I recently switched to the dark side. lol. I havent really started posting on here yet because Im new to the evo world and have just been reading as much aas possible. I was all over that strecth of road that night and considering I havent seen any other black x's, it was most likely me. I noticed in one of the replies that there is another black x in independence , which I wasnt aware of. I honestly havent even seen another x since I got mine a couple months ago. To be totally honest, the car is actually my wifes but I am usually at the wheel from friday to sunday. My jetta diesel is a lot more economical for my 62 mile round trip to work.

Anyone ever been to SlowMotion in Columbus? They don't specialize in Evos, but they do claim to have tuned at least 6 Xs or so. I was thinking about heading up there instead of making the trek all the way up to Buschur. AMS isn't using ECUFlash on the Xs yet, so I don't want to head out there.
If anyone is thinking about doing HPDE4/TT with NASA, or any Time Attack stuff, I am selling my AMB transponder. Shoot me a PM if you're interested. I've also got a brand new fiberglass (frp) Evo 9 front bumper that only has been test fitted once, $100 ($275 new?). Get this thing out of my basement please.

does anyone by any chance have a set of jun 272 cams for an VIII in the region that they want to get rid of? i had an unfortunate incident with a snapped valve spring a couple of weeks ago and figure while the head is off i might as well go crazy with it lol

Not me. Im on buttermillk a lot but my evo is a GSR. Its the phantom black that the dealership told me "only comes on the MR" but since they sold me a phantom black GSR, that sounded like a load of garbage to me. I havent actually seen another PB GSR but Im assuming they are as common as the other x's.

GRRRR...Had to order a new down pipe today. The flex section of my Megan DP leaks like mad. I think I will have the flex section cut out and weld in a new 3" section.

Thanks for the Welcome - I've had a bunch of cars, latest was a 2000 Civic Ex (Wifes old Ride boutght her a Lancer GTS last October) and a 2004 Vibe GT. Got rid of both those Rice rockets for my RA. Need to get some better pictures now that it's tinted and stuff, but here's a couple to start with:
