Had a great time. It was nice to see alot of new faces. To bad there wasn't more old faces. Sorry bout your little finger kaostic.Thanks again. Hopefully we'll have a Merrilville thus month as well. BTW, good job grilling SAL.Hehe. Omar ain't nothing on me. Just his car.

 

Yup, I had to leave. The GF got just a little bored and we had another party to get to. But it was nice to meet everyone and finally put a face with a couple of names.

Like I said in my last post, Indiana at Buffalo Wild Wings.

 

Sorry we didn't make it. Sat July 23, at about 11 pm My wife and I were T-boned by a drunk in a 2005 Dodge 1500. He hit right on the driver's door of my wife's Chrysler Cirrus. So to make a long story short, they released her from the hospital Sunday July 31, so we missed the BBQ. The drunk driver ended up passing away in the ICU. Next year's BBQ I will not miss. If anyone want's to see the lovely pics of what is left of my wife's car, just pm me. You really can not tell it was ever a car.... I am just thankful our daughter was not in the car with us. The base of her child seat is no longer in the car, and could not be found at the scene of the wreak.

It looks like there was a fairly good turn out. Wish I could have been there. I'll post the pics of my car, that way I won't be missed.

Holy ****, Shado. That's some scary stuff. Are the both of you OK? Thank God your baby wasn't in the car! Being a Firefighter has exposed me to some really sad situations were the majority of the time, it's the innocent people who get killed and the drunk who walks away. You two have someone watching over you, especially considering that match up...a 1500 versus a Cirrus. I hope everything's OK and maybe you can make the August meet that hasn't been arranged yet!
