Indy Meet.
well theres why u can make it in that time, but dont say i'm wrong b/c i dont live near u, both of us were right we just live in different area. Plus u cant make it 90mph all the way because of the @$$ load of police.
Also, reidhead u couldnt have possibly made in to cinncinatti and back in 2hrs. b/c its a 2hr drive one way from where u live.
P.S.
hows the evo XIII workin out for ya buddy?

Depending where you are going in Cleveland and where you're leaving from will make a difference of course. Only time it took me longer was when I had to go up to the very NE side. One thing to consider here, most of the time I went it was after 7 PM.
Leave on a full tank, make a quick pitstop for gas, get back on the road and 4.5hrs is very easily done at 90mph. Just do the math on it.
315 miles give or take between Indy and Cleveland. 4.5 times 90mph is a travel distance of 405 miles. Take out some of that time for when you can't pass as well as a pitstop....no problems providing you don't get a ton of traffic.

u take 70 to the north side of columbus but from the ohio state line on the limit is 65. once on the north side you take 71 north to cleveland. 65 is the limit. With an average speed of 75 from north side of indy to North Olmsted, approx 20min from downtown cleveland. it took just over 5 hours. thats with gas stops for the moving truck etc... and since cops like 70 thoughtout OHIO, i doubt ur 90mph run would last long...
Thanks for the remarks regarding XIII vs. VIII I didn't even realize I did that.
Regarding not having a 90mph work very well, I've done it several times and have probably logged as many highway miles as anyone on this site.
I've always had strange luck with not getting pulled over. Luckily I don't travel as much as I used to, typically 1k a week back then give or take a couple of hundred miles.
Accolade, thanks for the reports on the highway speeds though throughout both states as I wasn't sure what they were.
Get yourself a good detector, slow up a tad over the hills, and stay in the right lane as much as possible. Cops flat out look for/target cars that are in the passing lane, so as soon as you pass, get over.
Anyhow, it's completely possible to do is all I was saying and I've done it on more than one occasion. Best time was just over four hours, but it was middle of the night until early morning and coming back.
Also, there an area just across the state line before you get to Dayton that is typically thick with cops so be on the lookout there as well.
