Hey guys,

My friends car got hit last week while parked in chicago and the guy left a note. Long story short, I talked to him at that point, she went and got an estimate ($1100) and just called him and the phone seems disconnected.

Is there a way (i.e. any of the officers on the board ) to track someone down by a number? I did a whitepages search for his name and 8 showed up in IL but none with that number (630 area code) and the reverse phone number lookup didn't find anything as usual.

If anyone can help, please PM me and I'll give you the specifics. I'm hoping he is just having problems with his phone because why leave a note with a real number in the first place if he's going to evade this?

May have just threw some number down if witnesses were watching after the accident occured. That way no witnesses would wright down the plate cause they thought it was handled. Not sure, just a thought.


If you cant find them I hope they get their karma though, bastards.

 

I did actually talk to the guy at that number though..that's the weird thing.
