The Blue evo had, from what I could tell, an exhaust and it was lowered. This was actually about a few weeks ago but I just remembered to post about it. I was kinda chasing the blue evo around for awhile on 294 on the way to Oakbrook. I think the blue evo had 2 guys and a girl in it. I had my dad and my brother in my car. You on this board?
