i totally agree with you. whenever i attend the EVO meets there are a lot of nice people...but a lot of the time many of them fall into the "Giant Douche" category. Like i said...nice people, but not many who i would find myself hanging out with on a regular basis.

people wherever u go there is always gonna be d*ck heads...always..but what sux is the evo owner who thinks his evo is probably another wonder, and starts by being an ahole by critizicing others peoples rides, bein rude and sh*t just because u dont have one, the one who specifically critizices and is a real MAN only here on the web, i can bet anythin theyre a bunch of f*kin pussies who just wont dare say anythin in ur face, of course there is always the irresponsible driver who is out there endangerin himself and other people...there are tons of idiots out there, just dont be one..and let them be.

i hate evo owners who look at my car and laugh cause it looks like a regualr lancer....knowing that i have a "regular lancer" (read MODs) then proceed to think they are 20x better than me and dont want to talk (in person like at meets/ dare i say it street races.) i would have to say these incounters are mainly young punks whos parents bought them the car cause it looked cool.
as for the adults and everyone in NTEC(N. Texas evo club), they respect my car and are glad to talk about ther evo and ask lots of questions about my car.

if i ever see a regular lancer with an intercooler...or something that can show it's actually built for performance....i am always cool with them
but when i see lancers all riced out to look like EVO's with huge wings and fart cans.....i point and laugh.....sorry

I can't believe all the Evos and Lancers that get reved on by, of all people, Evos and Lancers. That is so lame. Like Omar said, we are the same people with the same interest. Whether you're riding in a Lancer or its big brother, we're all family. Hell, I'll give props to anyone who has a tastefully modded ride. Luckily, everyone I've come across has been cool. I hope it stays that way. More importantly, don't talk a big game in any way if this is the only median by which you wish to share your tough-guy attitude. You better back that up.
