pyrovice- there is one import shop that i know of here... but not really worth your time. There are some good places in chicago and its really not that far away.. ams and devotuning. the track i go to is about an hour and a half away.. Great Lakes Dragway. I used to live in austin tx and the car scene was definately a little more exciting there.. had meets every wed and fri, but here doesnt seem like people really have meets or get togethers.. but there are plenty of people that drive up and down east wash...

I've been in garret's evo, that kid shouldn't be allowed to drive, he is going to kill himself some day, but it was a great ride.

 

yeah heard he made 6 or 7xx at ams with nitrous, till it blew on the dyno.

 

There have been alot of rumors about that car being more built up and faster than it really is. as of last winter all the ricers in town were saying it was making about 700 hp, it was actually in the low 400's and had no internals except for cams, it had all the bolt-ons, bigger turbo and AEM EMS. I haven't seen or talked to him since then because he has gotten a big ego and he doesn't know **** about the parts that are in his car.

 

yeah everyone does talk big for that car.
