I really don't care about these clowns and their American Muscle. Big wow.... American Muscle... Look at the Economy and how ****ty it is because Americans cannot build a car. GM and Ford are pretty soon going to offer free lap dances just to go into their show rooms. Nobody cares about American cars. There are many Imports that can woop on this idiots car but what are we going to prove? Anyways Japan builds quality cars and very well balanced to do everything we need. This guys car can only do one thing, Go straight and even then he still will loose. ..... When I see a car from America go to Europe and Japan and compete in Luxury, looks, comfort, power and quality then I might think again but naaaaaaa. America is so far behind everyone else it's not even funny. What is Funny is that Kia is becoming a threat to America.. HAhahahaha OMG Kia people....

As for you, "you retarded Red Neck ad your muscle car" I would be ashamed to go talk. Look at the Evo, S2000, STI .... etc.... Cars that are 2L and above are doing circle around your American Muscle. How much do you have on your car in order to beat us or even keep up? 5 - 10L Engines V8-V10, 1,000,000 HP ahahaha...... Thats all I have to say. ,

TuffEnuff does what he has to in order to liven up the RSD event, and picking on imports is part of his “act”. And even if wasn’t an act, his commentating gets the job done. People are there backing the little import … it draws the crowds.

The RSD is one of the best initiative the Midwest could offer street racers. Where else can you “street” race legally. Brian’s event gets my two thumbs up. It’s gets the hard core racers off the street, gives them a place to talk as much **** as they like and then get a race off (no matter how long it takes).

And if you haven’t been to an RSD event, I urge you to, it by far one of the best events that I’ve been. The “street” aspect of it definitely adds spice to the racing.

As far as Brian’s car goes, believe me when I say it’s quick, and more importantly it’s consistent. Chances are he will leave a 9sec, even an 8sec import car, in the dust. I would love to see John Shepherd’s Talon up against him though. Nevertheless, Brian $1000 minimum bet is as legit as it gets. Those that frequent the RSD events will confirm that big money races do happen, the largest I’ve seen at RSd was a $6500.00 race. So don’t call his bluff unless you’re a seasoned “hustling” street racer, or you get advice from someone who is!!!

PS: Make note that I’m a huge import fan.

WHere have you read that kia has become a threat to american automakers?

, ? hows mitsus financial situation now? i know there was something big a few months back about a US car manufacturer not bailing them out.

As for his car . . uhh yeah of course there's only one thing it can do. It was built specifically for that purpose. It does what it was built for and does it better than 99% of the cars out there import or domestic.

Heres the thing... talking sh|t is always going to start a fight if not just a conflict, honestly i really don't like drag racing, there is almost NO skill involved (Reaction, holding the car strait, launching) this is why the drags are not that popular on the Professional level, im comparing this to F1, WRC, American Le mans(not sure how to spell it),Nascar, ect., ect. He can talk all he wants w/ his rednecks in his own little dragracing world, and that is what it is, little, and it will never go any further. When we're all taking turns doing laps at 130 mph at alkhart lake he is still going to be just a little punk with his 8 seconds of joy.....

i think RSD should be re-done, look a street car for one, shouldn't come on a trailer, should be driven daily, or at least sometime, not just to the track and back, plus there should be more than one seat in it, now i can see maybe tubbing out a street car, but to a certain extent spare tire, small little thing etc... i am not saying i am going to race brian, nor am i wanting anyone else to do it, just wondering if people are all fed up with crap like this, people are suing RSD as a test and tune nite, they have other nites for that, if RSD was like that, more people would show up i think becuz they won't feel retarded by losing to a car that can probably go down the track and turn around and go down again before the other person car finishes the 1/4 mile. it should be strictly as the titles states Real Street Drags. Now if these guys want to race for money they can do side bets on their own nites, make it an import/american nite, not over 1000 HP nite, or go home!

I've heard a lot of street racers in Chicago trailer their cars to the races, unload them, race on the street, then load them up and trailer them home.

Were you at WIR on Friday also? I was disappointed to only get 2 runs in.. I'm new to drag racing so I'm still trying to improve my times and I can't do that very well when I only get 2 runs during a period of 4 hours..

No I wasn't. But Tom and the SP crew were there which is where I heard a lot of what happened.

An RSD night is not the best time to be practicing, those nights are really for guys that want to race and make/lose money. I'm sure there'll be a trip to Byron sometime soon that's the place to go for practice, you can get so many runs in it feels like you are oval racing at times.

Hmm I haven't heard about this but it may be true. Anyway anyone who trailer thier car to race on the street for fun or money is plain stupid! Go do it at the track. If you have to trailer your car for a street race who the hell is dumb enough to race you for money.

The guy with the sleeper that's quicker than that trailer car, the one who drove his car out there, the one who's going to pretend to be clueless about cars and racing and in effect is there to make money off the unsuspecting guy with the trailer car - thus is the street racing game played across the US. If you're in the street racing game, you'll learn that a trailered car doesn't mean **** ... it might be that the owner just didn't want to drive the thing out with some reason or the other. Get your hands on some of the video's of Marko's Supra running some trailered Mustang down in Houston to understand what I'm saying. RSD/Street racing is all about hustling/making money.

the main purpose of american car manufacturers is to put the biggest engine possible in a car to make the power...they are not efficient at all with the power...you don't see a 4 bangers with a 249hp engine and 9,000 redline WITHOUT any forced induction in an american car....all you see is v-8 supercharged that still only make about 350hp-400hp...that tells you something about american cars....Japanese car manufacturers are very efficient with there power..thats just the bottom line....drag is a bunch of bull-s***, takes no skill, try and take that 600whp mustang to a track and make a turn at 80mph, it will spin out...but there are some import cars that are only straight line cars too, for example the SUPRA...all i gotta say for that redneck who thinks the car has 1300whp, thats kind of an unreal number but it could be true....thats alli gotta say
