Went to the Oakton Community College parking lot last night and had a blast. First time in the snow with an evo with Blizzak lm-22's and wow was is easy to control! Much easier than the dsm's. So anyone else?

 

I guess Oakton has something to offer after all...hehe.

I was scared so I stayed in...i got summer tires on still.

 

nooo didnt get a cahnce to rip it ..but iw as drivin a lil stupid on empty streets...was fun

 

I went by Oakton last night late though and saw some one had been doing donuts. I still have half bald Advans on though so I took a lap and headed home quick before anymore accumulated. Hard enough getting around the Circle with out sliding into the outside lane.

 

Ha yeah that would be me. Well half bald Advans in snow... eppp

 

Procrastinated getting snow tires then got caught on my way home in the brief snowshower. Trying to get back to the garage was fun Just picked up a set of Hankook W300's this morning.

 

Shoot me a pm next time youre heading over there, i may come with. I love big open snow covered parking lots.

We'll just tell the OCC rent-a-cop to go for a ride with us. Its strange he didnt show up last time though.

 

I found another good place to go-the harley dealership on Willow road, right by the Glen. Bigass parking lot and not much around it.

yup, i was having my own fun out in schaumburg friday night. it was a blast! did a few donuts in a few parking lots. didnt see any other evo's out, but i saw 4 wrx's and an sti all together...
