Hey wats up guys? Hey abe, did you see a crappy bluish Galant on Randall that was totaled in the front? Thats my mom's car and my dad works in NTN on Holmes Rd. and we went to visit him. The funny thing is that every time I am in my mom's car I always see fellow evo owners and when I'm in my car, I always see srt 4's and sti's. I am looking for parts, so we really need to meet up. Btw, are all of you guys going to the meet on the 10th I think? If you are then, were all going in a pack. I hate it though because theres this kid with a black evo at my school and I just hate him. He doesn't know how to take care of his car and treats it like ****. He got into 2 accidents with it already and I just feel really bad for the car. That evo needs a new owner, thats all I need to say!! I just want to take the car away from him and punch him in the face.

nah...didnt see a galant. i am pretty oblivious to other non-competition vehicles while i'm in the evo.
so whats going on? the 10th? a meet somewhere? anyway, where can i find more info about this?

Ok guys, it is the MLC & Chicagoland Dec 10th evo meet in Woodridge. Go under midwest forums and it is a post by DvlGrl. It tells you all the details about the meet.

WTF, man? I never see any Evos...except for you, Syed. I had no idea there were so many in the area. I've been seeing a ton of DSM's who would rather rev on me than throw up a hand. F'ers. Oh, and there's this rogue Infinity G35 who tries to race me everytime I see him. I'll keep watching for you guys. Maybe I'll actually see one, sometime.

What up, Syed? Where the *** have you been? I've run for the border I don't know how many times and you weren't there! You're never there, man. I don't know whose Yellow Evo it is, but if it's the same guy I've seen, he would rather rev on you or ignore you rather than throw up a hand.

I did see a white Evo at Jerrad's in the commons on saturday. It had aftermarket wheels and about ten pounds of salt on it. I was of course in my girl's RX-8, so I looked like nothing more than a typical Evo gauker. Oh well. Any idea who that was?

 

There's quite a few out here. If you go any farther out, then it's all corn and cows and good 'ol boys with their pickups. I live in blissfull ignorance that CL is a little more urban than it really is. That's why I drive out to Algonquin for gas. Don't ask.

 

I am always working at Taco Bell man, but you got to remember that the evo is in the garage for the winter. lol Also, I might know who the guy with the white evo is but the guy that I know doesn't have aftermarket rims. I haven't seen him in a while so maybe he did get rims but other than that, he lives down Miller, very very close to where I live. If your always in your fiances RX-8 then just holler out the window if you see me or just wave or something. lol Just do something to get my attention!!! lol

 

syed you work at taco bell? which one? hey and i think i have seen that siver/black evo dude. CF trunk and hood, right? and i saw that yellow evo a few times. has an obnoxious BOV and some stiff asian dude driving it. hmmmph.

 

Tinted windows on that yellow one? There's only one yellow Evo I've seen in the area and he's a real tool. Throw him a hand in respect and he'll rev on you like it's his job. But that's what tools do for a living.


I may be the silver one you've seen. It's a Kaminari CF hood, but I just painted the truck lid black to match the rest of the car. I saw a silver Evo at Randall and Miller a few weeks back. Dude waved back, which restored my faith in the Evo brotherhood.

 

do you have his contact info? I would love to purchase that AMS FMIC if it's priced reasonable...Let me know or have him PM me...
