Silver Evo heading east on Lake Cook around 8-9pm tonight (Friday) had side spats, black with MAYBE silver lip?

Yes it was a wingless AS Evo.

Steve, I just swung by for a bday party at CPK, the Evo tried racing my "STOCK" Evo with my girl in the car, all I did was give it a peace sign and waved and he kept insisting to race around the circle around Woodfield, damn dude....racing in circles is kinda whack
