Does anybody want to commute or carvan with me?

 

just wondering, for all you snowboarders on here, has anyone been to raging buffalo(algonquin area) lately. I haven't been there in years, but I just thought that it is real close to most chicago people and great snowboard spot to hang out. Sorry I can't make it this trip, we are trying to get another trip soon and I will let everyone know when that one happens. everyone have a good time and get some pics

 

No, i havent been to Raging Buffalo for about 3 years.
I dont care if you want to commute out there with me. I'll probably stop by in Rockford by Mike since its on the way, but I dont care.

Well, something has come up and I will not be able to join you guys. Sounds like this will be a great weekend for snowboarding and skiing. So have a great time and fall once for me.

 

Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow! - Cruisin home in the snow for the first time. And I'm on the Advans! ....Snowly S--T.... 25 to 35MPH all the way. Going to a parking lot tonight after hours. And I am ordering the Sottozero's from Pirelli, or I am going to crash. Have fun tomorrow this is perfect for yall to get some real snow this season. Wish I could be there too.

 

Sorry to hear that you can't make it, and i hear ya on the stock tires, when there is just a dusting of snow on the ground I am all over the place like a sled. I can't imagine how driving in this is like.

Its snowing like crazy here for me, and I'm assuming that its only worse at chestnut, looks like we are going to have some fresh snow for tomorrow.

Can everyone please confirm if they are going so I have a rough headcount when we get there. I will try to wait in the rental office, which is in the back, for awhile around 11 then will check back every 5-10 minutes until everyone is accounted for. So please confirm so I dont spend all day worrying if someone got in an accident on the way up.

Home safe, it was Awesome for me. Seeing as it was my first time out on the slopes. Thanks for keeping me safe from oncoming skiers and boarders my first few times down I really appreciate it. Those effin rocked roads on the way in sucked. But it was worth going and meeting some new poeple. I already washed the car at a touchless! Couldnt keep that crap on the car much longer. See you all at the next meet, or sooner. Who Knows.
