Well first of all Adam you seriously need to come. Granite we may or may not be the only OZ Rally owners but still thats okay. There was a guy that came down from Omaha last time he's running an Lancer Es with our wing, that showed so hopefully he'll come. But in all seriousness you should come, screw work... its time for some fun. haha

Second of all Speedomodel its suxs you still ain't got your Evo back yet, I feel a tear for you I really do. Well, least you know were all willing to pick you up on the side of the road if the GSX goes out. hahaha. But seriously I do feel bad the Evo still won't be out, but I'm glad your still going to come. Way to have Mitsu spirit.

And finally kingb33 as far as racing, no one is gonna make you but its great to know your gonna come out and cheer our fellow Mitsu's on. Talk about having pride.... way to be! Can't wait to meet you either this meet is sure to be a blast. The first meet rocked!... Granite the weather sucked and it was colder than cold it was still worth my drive up there. Hopefully, you plan on meeting up at Famous Dave's too, that way I can meet you. I don't know for the NE region but IA is pretty big into cars all around. It just depends you know what I mean?

***Suraj still not sure if I'm gonna be able to run with you guys at that AutoX before our meet. Its still kinda up in the air considering it is a bit of a drive for me still although I am in Iowa. I will DEFINITELY be at the meet at Famous Dave's no way in hell Im passing up another meet with you guys. I'm not sure if anyone from around here will join me, some of these peoples around here all have their noses in the air and just think there better than everyone else. Anyways keep me updated... because I'll definitely be there.... see you guys soon!!!

 

That's good humor. Seriously, I'm about ready to slip sodium pentathol into Mike's Red Bull because extracting info from Sublime is like pulling teeth.

If I understand them correctly, TRE is putting in a stronger EVO IX input shaft in the tranny along with a higher first gear and fifth gear, and is sending everything out -- including the transfer-case and Quaife LSD -- for cryo-treating today. It should be back sometime next week. I estimate it'll be another two weeks (aka June) for them to finish everything else on my list. Then I expect to get a bill that will make me cry and a car back that won't be any faster.

Also, I met a guy named Rich with a TB EVO and gold Advan RGII rims. He's just been transferred to Bellevue from Hawaii. I'll see if I can get him to the meet.

 

Sounds good! My plan is coming together Muahahah ...

Speedo: At least you know that no matter what else breaks on your car your tranny will be fine ...

I've heard that there is another red EVO (with wing) driver apart from HuskerEvo, younger kid (perhaps HuskerEvo with just for men grey hair treatment )in the area ...

Tina: I'm going to come to the Auto-X events in your region this year, the 2nd and 3rd event that are happening in the Airport. Now here is my question, does this event occur in the parking lot or does it happen on the airfield runway?

 

I'm a no-show for this one, same day as my mom's birthday, and I have to do my son-ly duty and drive to Lincoln that day.

 

Suraj: Hey to be quite honest I'm not sure. Most the time it is just the parking lot, and not the actual air strip, but than again you never know. You don't know what each track is going to be like til you get there. Sorry... I know that ain't much help. I'll find out how much it'll be for you to run in our division though... I can't wait! Anyone else planning on coming too?

Speedo: I agree with Suraj least you know the trans will last ya. Hopefully you'll have the car sooner than later and all will be happy times. Definitely try and get the peoples you've been seeing on the street out to the meet, the more the merrier!

Nubby: sucks you won't be able to make it out. Man thats no fun. haha. Will be thinking of you promise! Least your doing the right thing and spending time with your mommy... how sweet.

I should be able to meet up with everyone at 4pm at Famous Daves but I have to go to a meeting that night at 5pm in Omaha so I won't be able to stick around which sucks. But I should be coming so I look forward to meeting some new people around with Evos and Lancers

Hey everyone. I did show up today but I must have just missed everyone. I showed up at about 4 or just after that and there was no one in the parking lot. Everyone must have went inside.
