Anyone know of a good installer of the clear bras? I am from hinsdale and want to get one installed on my bumper.

come on guys..anyone know of a good one? I heard that Versatile film is a good brand to go with. Its apparently better than 3m. No yellowing or anything along those lines.

 

I was recommended a place in crestwood by my body-shop. If you have heard of phase-one in tinley they are one of the best, the guy gave me the two cell phone numbers of the owners. I will call and find out pricing for a few people, Im planning on getting tints done too if they do them. More info soon

Ok, just got back from Custom signs in Crestwood. FOr the clear bra he said ~$425 for 3 cars. He said they didn't use the 3M but some other brand; started with a V but I dont think it was that ^Versatile as mystang said, maybe tho. As for the tints we never really discussed price but he said he would give a price break with a few cars. Personally Im really iffy on the clear-bra because I want a TBE. I will do it if we have enough people tho. They seemed really nice and said he would set aside a saturday. LMK if anyones interested

 

Now does this include the price of the clear bra at 425? I would be interested to know what brand he uses if you could find out. I am interested in getting this done, but it depends which one they use.

I talked with John, he said that they can get 3m, armorguard or ventureshield. He uses the ventureshield normally, its what he recommends. He has been to classes on how to do it, said he was an instructor at one. lmk

 

Clear bras are ez because they are clear lol. Try putting a 6 piece decal together and getting it all lined up now thats hard. I recommend Jim for all your 3m needs he lives in Lake in the Hills but he goes all over I believe (he mostly works for car dealers doing pin striping and other stuff). His number is 847-922-9666. let me know what he says but im almost 100% that he does them and might even be beable to get the material.

 

Myself and my bro want to do it. Aparently the best film is called Ventures film. A friend of mine had his Murcielago clear bra'd with it and its good stuff.
