How did everyone do?

While I was there I saw Mike ran a 12.2xx, Tim ran an 11.5xx, and Nick got a 12.7xx.

I was disappointed with my runs. I only took 4 runs but I could not get through the 60' in less than 2 seconds, I consider that pretty pathetic.

My best run ended up being a 13.641 @ 102.52 with a 2.030 60'. Although Mike made a good point that my motor is still pretty tight having only 1,500 miles on it.

For comparison my best with Pikachu was a 12.971 @ 107.29 with a 1.777 60'. All I had on was the Xede, Turbo back exhaust, ACT clutch and fidanza flywheel.

It was still fun though.

That's a pretty high trap speed for 13.6. Should be good for almost a 13.0 run.

well, pathetic night for me as well. my best was a 12.818 @ 109.70 with a schitty 60 ft time of 2.014. i think my springs have my car sitting a lil top heavy. every time i took my food off the brake after staging, i would start creeping forward. couldn't really get the rpms up before the launch. oh well, at least i popped my cherry at the track

I heard Brett ran a 12.7 or better. My car and his car on the Dyno and on the Street are about exactly the same. Looks like my "guessing at HP" isn't too far off.

Well my tranny is toast. First gear sounds like a friggin siren, cant shift into 2nd at high rpms, 4th sounds like something is grinding in the higher rpms. So Im calling shep today. My 1st run was my personal best in a 60ft which was a 1.649, launch control rocks.

On my 3rd run I should have had a 11 sec run but I forgot to switch around some parameters in the UTEC and I hit boost cut 4 times on my 12.25 run. Then the tranny had to take a dump. Kinda sounds like straight cut gears now, like a dog box.

Bryan, Brett could have ran a 7.6 @ 175 and you would still be internet racing right now... You gotta show up.

I know my trap speed is really high for my time, it's the damn 60'. I feel like I'm shifting good (probably nothing like a pure drag racer would shift), but good enough for me.

I just need to get it down into the 1.8xx range.

Sorry to hear that.. But it sounds like a perfect excuse to make something better and faster.

True, thats why I think I couldn't shift fast enough. 4500 for a completely built driveline is a bargain.

Yeah I didnt do so well either... I couldnt get traction and i couldnt get the bang into 2nd gear right or a combination of the two. My 60's ranged from a 1.719 to a 1.888. The best ET was an 11.13 and the best MPH was 128.99. Im gonna have to find a little more power out of this thing. Its not doing as well as I guessed.... looking at the logs today is showing I was down on some power too so Ill have to see what the deal is. I think my car didnt like the new gas I tried out. Oh well. Theres always more days
