I haven't run into him yet. In fact I haven't seen one Evo that wasn't mine, nor an STI. I'm thinking it would be nice to meet a few so if I ever need a spare set of hands to do some wrenching I'll have access to someone with knowledge of the car.

You have any plans to go to the Discount Tire store meet in Chicago on the 28th? I'm thinking of driving out there to meet the guys from AMS and maybe look at getting a set of RT-615's (255/40/17).

holy crap talk about an old and dead thread. im located in west des moines i got the red 05 evo8 and work downtown. there is another red evo8 down over by me that is at west glenn ever so often that i see too.

Des moines has a 1st wednesday of every month meet at jordan creek on the west side by pf changs. its usually me (only evo) and the rest are sti's but its a fun crowd.


im sporting the regular mods as well, tbe, fp, intake, mbc, custom tune.

there needs to be more iowa evo owners unfortunately im about to not be an evo owner though as soon as i can sell or trade my evo in

Yeah I've done quite a bit of work over the winter/summer, and I'm getting ready to put in a roll cage and strip the interior
