DriftFest Denver, CO **Postponement**
Due to DIA's first right of usage for the Mt, Elbert Overflow we have been forced into postponement of the Denver Colorado event.. This is due to construction on the new parking garages. Since no available dates are now available to be given at DIA for the rest of the year we will be moving the event to Colorado National Speedway in Dacono on October 7th 2006. After a Major Repaving effort by CNS the facility is more then interested in having us bring the event to their facility this year. Once again the Staff of Driftfest apologizes for any inconvenience this may have cause but we have been given no options on this. If you would like more information on the event cancellation or if you would like more info on CNS and the new location please feel free to Contact Us

It's not racing, period. It's the ultimate rice-a-thon. It is the antithesis of all that is motorsports.

Ha, well said. I didnt have much admiration for drifting, but then I rode in a friends Silvia. That was hell of fun. Much different sport, but still a great time! Some people just like to sit around and hate.

sorry to ressurect a dead thread but yes it is possible and it feels amazing in an evo once you break free you spin real donuts in an almost perfect circle which isnt neccessarily drifting but in that case yes it is possible to drift.
