cam install in St. Louis??

anyone know someone reputable and who has worked on EVO's for a cam install? i know about ron at axis racing but he quoted me a somewhat steep price, anyone else in a 2 hour vicinity from St. Louis who has experience putting cams in evo?

thanks for any replies.

350 bucks. i emailed him today to see if that install price includes him bleeding my lifters and also installing arp headstuds, if thats the case ill probably have him do it. at the same time i have been doing LOTS of reading and may just try to do the install on my own after buying a tensioner tool from ams. uptil now i have installed everything on my car.

oh and its another 150 if you want to upgrade the valvetrain with retainers and springs, like if you were to go up to a Revolver cams/Jun cams setup.

well ive done a **** load of reading and researching and ive decided to try to put them in myself... cams shoudl be here 6/21, and on monday ill order head studs and the tensioner tool from AMS.

one of the reasons why im going to do it, is ron doesnt bleed the lifters or put in head studs at the 350 install price, making it even less good of a deal..

wish me luck...
