dang.......only if my license wasn't suspended i would have gone...i live in the suburbs and i sure as hell would like to meet up with fellow lancer owners....but u also forget to post the time the meet will be at...i'll prob try and c if i can make it if i drive nice and slow so i won't get pulled over by the popo

 

Sorry...main meeting time will be at 1 o'clock... However.. people will probably keep showing up till around 2 or something maybe even 3

Also.. some of the people in the club are from the burbs... maybe if you all live close enough. you could follow one of them or have them follow you.. so you won't get pulled over..

Figures. The one Saturday I'm busy. Damn. I'm at the office now, which isn't even 3 miles away from Woodfield. I'm broke too, so GW would be a bit expensive for me. That's what happens when you work for the largest Telecommunications company in the US.

Sheeeeeeat. Who knows, maybe I'll roll by and pull a nasty one-wheeler

I work for a corp. headcourters and I am broke.. too!! I am paying for college though too..

 

Prices @ Gameworks:

1 Hour PASS: 20 bucks

2 Hour PASS: 25 bucks

3 Hour PASS: 27 bucks

and you can get a card with credits on it starting from 20 bucks i believe..now all i need to do is get more money...i hate being broke!!

 

I am going to do what I can to make it up to the Works. Now the weather should be clear, so I might rewash the car, after all, two days make it damn dusty. I REALLY need to spray my tires. Clean yellow and gray tires are not a good combo.

I won't be able to stay for long, so I hope everyone shows early. And as a warning to everyone coming from the South...THERE IS LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION AFTER THE ARMY TRAIL TOLL PLAZA!!!!

Your car will get dusty, as they are laying new cement for the lane extension. The exit ramp for Golf (which you use to get to Woodfield) is covered in dirt and filth and the entrance ramp (back to 290) is where the gravel trucks set up. Bottom line...give yourselves a little extra time, since traffic often STOPS coming up this way. Take it from me, a guy who works 3 miles from this meet.

Hey, anyone run amp wires in thier car by themselves? Maybe somebody can show me how so I can finally hook up my damn subs.

Goon, i might be able to help you with wiring..i havent looked at my lancer but i hooked up subs and an amp to my van

what do u need help with? running the wires to the back? or do u want to open the dash or somethin? o well, i guess we'll find out tomorrow.

EDIT: i can bring a screwdriver if u want
