Who here got there Evo at Griffin in Mem Falls? This is where I got my Evo from and I was wondering what anyone had to say. I think they need to learn more about there cars and not think people are so stupid. Please comment on this.

Griffin is a weak dealer
My experiences with griffin have been poor.
I had money down on a car that they never could produce. They told me outright lies. I got my money back and went elsewhere. I also got an $1100 better deal than what griffin had for me. Part of that $1100 was them trying to sneak an extra destination charge on the car when that is built into the sticker price. The sales guy was a knob. He also had poor product knowledge.
I lost a ton of respect for them thru that process. No one like to be lied to.
The icing on the cake was stopping in for a spare key. The parts guy was a complete moron. Told me I would have to make a service appointment. I explained that there is a way for the consumer to program an additional key. He said it was impossible--yet it is listed in the manual. Dumbass!
