IMHO if the chargers did what they did next year and are able to seal the deal in playoffs no they cant repeat. The chargers statistically were supposed to win the super bowl but the football gods had other plans.

The chargers played a horrible game against the patriots and still barely lost by a field goal. A matter of fact when we did play the patriots on our a-game we won by like 30pts.

actually the chain of command would make dungy the general and manning the colonel. Both commanding positions though.
