newbie to evo's hear. can you elucidate on 'shearer'--search yielded no results.

i'm presuming this setup has some sorta standalone fuel???

the report says it was purchased 11/22/2005 as a 2006 evo IX with SSL. there should be no warranty from mitsubishi unless the company selling it will purchase a 3rd party warranty for you. the mileage is accurate but has been in auction and probably driven because of the gain in mileage of 200 miles during the auction. last reported ownership was 02/2007 then went to auction. it was also leased by the previous owner.

also, just got a hilarious email response to my ? bout the warranty

"Hi, well we have confirmed that the warranty is still valid. The buyer would have to take all that stuff out before taking it to the dealer for service. Thank you"

all i have to do is demod the whole thing. where is the bolt for that?

 

he didnt have a all the bolt on and 350 ++ whp on 20 pssi with a quik tune that guy was supposed to get the next day for a race gas tune never showed up

 

so it is stock ecu?

I know exactly whos car this is, we did a stage 1 upgrade to it and I actually sold him a set of WORK VS XS wheels a while back.

It was a clean car when we worked on it but I know that after he had the big stuff done he was having quite a few mechanical problems. When it was a stage 1 car is was running really strong.

thank you for this info ams. I was having great communication with the "dealer" until i asked for a pic of the turbo, and compression numbers, to which they said they would get "right back to me" with that info
