I am planning on heading up to 66 tonite. Kind of a stretch from GLD but its only 20 minutes for me.

im gonna be picking up some hks 280's from speedytl soon but still looking for good deals on the rest of the stuff. But yea all the stock parts are such a restriction on topend in 4th it just dies off

IF your going with 280's PLN ON IT! otherwise 272's or even the milder 264's work very well with stock springs and retaners.

i should have said didnt plan on it right now, in the future yes but im only going to be racing a few more events and once winter comes around the motor is coming out to get built and by next drag season i hope to be at a much higher point then im at right now obviously

lol how is that fair? im on stock clutch man 60' isnt the easiest thing to get on a worn POS clutch i think i faired pretty well sunday with a 1.76 though

Thats an awsome 60 for that clutch I think! I'm still rocking the 4 puck single disc, i think i have 100+ launches on it, it is holding up too well i got over 20 runs with q16 and fun racing. I'm very suprized because i use the **** out of that clutch to get my 1.6's. Towards the end of the day my times were getting worse and worse i think i got it a little HOTT!

Thats how it goes, when i first get there i run my best time towards the end i'm on my 20th run and a half second slower! engines HOT clutch HOT fluids HOT!

I waaaaay over do it i gotta stop.
