I was thinking 9:30, but then again I also thought I'd have a car as well.

I would be down for hanging out but I won't have my Evo with me and I won't be up there until Nov. 19th. I will be in town until the 30th and I would love to meet you guys. I have already meet Ross.

No offense, but I usually stay away from the stlsr crowd. Although there's some good people with nice rides, those meets (and the site in general) aren't really car oriented. I'm a member there too, but not really active.

Wish ya the best of luck though.

I'd be more up for a weeknight or daytime meeting. Daytime at least affords ya the opportunity to get some meet pics taken. (Yes I know camera's work in the dark too).

Yeah not my style either. How about a meet on sat the 17th...I'll still come on the 16th, but if the people start doing burnouts in the parking lot and or try to convince me that their friend has a twin turbo civic, i'm out. 6:30 sounds good to me, but 9:30 is alright too.

On that note, I really would like to meet some fellow evo owners. I have been in St. Louis for 2yrs now and I have met one guy with an evo. Seen them around, but cant flag um down.

I would if I could but I can't so I won't. If I participate in any type of meet (which I have) it almost has to be on the weekend. Unfortunately with the holidays coming up I know a lot of people don't have these free. Oh well maybe we can all put our heads together and come up with something Right (Done in the voice of Bill Lumbergh from Office space).

I'm a member, but don't frequent it. I'll try to visit a bit more. I mainly use Evom for research and try to help out others with all the useless knowledge I've amassed the past few years.

Sat the 17th I'm busy. Actually going on a brewery tour in the STL area. I think there's some room left on the bus (I'm not the organizer) if anyone is interested.

Thxgiving is the next weekend, so I'm sure it's out. That's what I'm putting in my rollbar and harnesses, so pretty excited for that. I'm going to do a small writeup with pics if anyone is interested.

That's hilariously awesome!
Probably not me, as my Evo doesn't make it out too much. I was too lazy to switch out the brakepads between events much this summer, so it stayed in the garage and my 'Honda mpg beast' is the main drive.
spraa, you need to get that setup out to a track event; awesome modlist, I'd like to have about 90% of it!

I do need to get out the the track more. My car took third in the Redline Time Attack for AWD street class (that was before most all engine mods, just had the Robispec goodies and a flash). I also went out to a Corvette club auto-x and whipped up on most all those guys haha. I am horrible at finding events, and usually need friends to tell me about upcoming auto-x/track days. Please PM me and keep me updated when you hear about something . I plan on doing some traveling next season. Boomn29 will you be there on fri?

I'll keep a running list in this section. I did it in late 2006, and all through 2007. I had 14 track days this year - which is a LOT! We've got 5 tracks within 330 miles of St Louis which sounds bad, but is actually quite a lot. If you wanna stretch it to 430 miles, you'll pick up another handful (including Mid-O).

I'm stoked about using my new suspension next year. I was wanting to ride in your KW setup, but I found a good deal on something else and went that direction.

Probably not going to be there on Friday. I live on the IL side, so D&B's is like 45 miles from me - and that's after I make the daily 80 mile roundtrip trek to work. Honestly, I just don't feel like gassing up the Evo right now!

Hey i'm so in for Mid-O next year! It's looking like I might not make it out friday. Tonight I realized I have a problem. I put my foot in it and wham! boost gauge reads over 30psi. Loud pop..check engine light...the car is fine though. Woooo scary! I threw a P0234 code. Wastegate sol error. It seems that it's not opening at all. So needless to say I need to get this figgured out and fri is going to be the day. I'm a lucky man! God bless ARP head studs, and the works flash for keeping all those sensors working in my ecu.

^^ I heard that some MBC's can get dirty. I dunno if you were seeing inconsistent boost levels or not, but I've heard of that scenario. But if you've got a P2, you're probably not using an aftermarket MBC...

Mid-O! 430miles from downtown I think. I might join NASA out there next year. Either that or a trip to VIR. I think mvptracktime is trying to find an earlyish date for VIR that would rock. Just checked, and it's almost 800 miles to VIR!

Heard the spraa! the P2 on mine hs been great- no problems!

boomn29, do they have anything at the new track in Des Moines, IA? My brothers Rolex team ran up there this past summer, and his Koni challenge car will run there this coming season. I hear it's a nice track, but you have to set everything up like aNASCAR- LOL all left turns except for one.

VIR had a time attack last year the same weekend as the Rolex race.....

Yeah i'm not running a MBC. Just letting the P2 control everthing. I love my P2, it's a nice flash. Turns out my wastegate was stuck...unhooked the arm, and put pressure to the actuator to check if it was that. opened and closed the flapper and now she's great. I need to adjust the arm a bit more on the actuator, I'm only running 20psi at the moment.
