I'm sure a lot of you guys have heard the terrible things about what Brookdale Mitsubishi did to my car. Well, now they are trying to turn the tables and say that I was resoponsible for everything. That was the last straw. I say we boycott Brookdale Mitsubishi. Let's show them that how they treat their customers and their cars will not be tolerated. Please support the cause that customers should be treated better and their cars should not be taken out on joy rides by the service techs. I personally want to go over their and beat the hell out of everybody over there that will not get me anywhere. So if you believe in the cause, sign this thread!!!! Because if we don't do anything about this, next time it could be you. I will send this list to the dealership so that they know I mean business. Thanks everybody for their support!!!

 

I would boycott them for the service department only, the salesmen are decent and the parts counter dudes are cool. Just the service department has some issues. The other reason I cant boycott them totally, is they are sponsoring the all Mitsu cook out next month, somebody cares over there, just not the guys in the service department.
