anyone know what time the track closes? i know it opens at 6 pm, but when does it close?

also, do i need a helmet ?

my first time going tonight around 9pm

any tips?

Being it's 10:13pm now... probably too late. I thought Friday nights were 'Midnight Madness'?

I believe it's like 10 or 11pm but not sure since I've never been.

I know the Tuesday night rules are NHRA rules. That being if you're faster than like 13.5; you need a helmet. Under like 11 you need a cage I think. Convertibles have different rules.

 

no, friday nights are open test and tune nights.

im so dissapointed, people were racing upto 11pm but track authorities stopped selling tickets to race at 9 pm. i got there like at 10 pm. i did go to the stands and watch some cars run but i couldnt run mine.

its unfortunate as the drag strip is closed for the rest of the season. no more open test and tune until march.

so screwed.

 

I forgot about that open test and tune on friday. I would of gone if I had remembered.

Oh well.
