JDM Universe Midwest Illinois Meet
The meet is going to be at the starvedrock state park I dont really know a whole lot of details about the area im just trying to get the word started and we all can work on it
Date: November 17th
The reason for this location is because it is a good central point for all of us to meet from all around, its not far from chicago and its not as bad of a drive for us southern guys
The Map...

In the parking lot due west of Plum Island, I heard it's got nice parking and a sweet view

Don't know how many of you are also on JDM Universe.com but we are having a Midwest Meet at Starved Rock state park Nov. 17th. It would be nice not to have to cruise out there alone. Any of you J-spec purists out there who feel like meeting some fellow rare/authentic part enthusiasts should come on out. It's 225 miles from Saint Louis, in the middle of the state, between the Quad Cities and Chicago.
There will be some of the cleanest cars you've ever seen in your life at this meet. "JDM" is one of the simplest tuning styles there is; it's about doing a lot with a little, but mostly its about buying secondhand **** from Japan that was never designed to see American roads. It's about rare parts that only an enthusiast would recognize and only an enthusiast would take the time and money to seek out and purchase. Its also about taking pictures with your camera tilted all crazy MaD TyTE YO!!! Just kidding, but there really will be some nice vehicles out there, even if the majority of them will be wearing an H badge. We're talking a lot of motor swapped vehicles and a lot of rare parts.
I've copied and pasted this from two different boards. Anyone want to infiltrate and have some fun ?
Chitown people you have no excuse for NOT making out for this last event.

Like I said I just copied and pasted everything. Im stating that it would be fun just because there are hondas there doesn't mean that its a total washout.
This is why I posted this, Mitsubishi owners from far and wide should go up to this event, and atleast go out and have a good time.
