Went to look @ 03 used evo VIII was confronted by the sales manager named ken who was EXTREAMLY rude, very unfriendly, yelled at me and told me i was wasting his time, thought BC of my younger age (21) i was just looking to screw around on a test drive...

About a week later went to a different dealer and bought a brand new evo IX for 12K more.....Ken, and libertyvilles loss....

 

the shaumburg mitsu service department manager gave me a harsh tone over the fone when I asked if I could bring my car in so they could check if everything was working right, this was right after I bought it elsewheres. I do not know how those people stay in business with that kind of hospitality.

I'm sure this one is for the General Midwest (IL) area. That is why it is in this section perhaps? Either way, I don't have much personal experience but Park Ridge Mitsubishi was really cool over the phone.

 

yes this is for midwest only, so people dont have to sift through 2,000000 pages t find dealerships in their area not to do business with.

 

+1 for Schaumburg being a terrible dealership.

 

Bill Kent Mitsu in Milledgeville GA has got to be the worst dealer in GA!!! they sold me a know bad evo 8, kept it in their shop for 2 months, never could fix it, offered me 3k less than what i paid for it if and only if i traded it in on a new 9 they could not sale and on top of that charged me full sticker price on a car that had been siting on the lot for a year!!
