Yes, it's true, I've decided it's time that I get rid of the EVO.

With news that the wife is having the baby, we simply can't afford owning this car and afford a baby at once, so I've decided to sell it.

I've done my research, and to my knowledge this is the only MR available in 100 miles of where I live and one of the cheapest EVO's as well. Other dealerships selling VIII's with almost double the miles are selling for 3k more than what my price is. There is an VIII with almost 70k miles being sold for $25k. I'm not in this for the money, as I will be taking out a loan to make up for the left over on the loan, so I won't be walking away with money in my pocket, trust me. I've based this research off of doing online used car searches and looking through dealership websites, if you find a cheaper car, great, but I've based my price giving a good deal based on what you'll get at a dealership and the value on KBB.

My car has 16,200 miles on it and it has been perfectly maintained.

Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles and I have all the receipts to go with it. I've replaced both Transfer Case and Rear Differential fluids at 5,000 miles when I bought the car. I have left-over Rear Differential Fluid that I will give to the buyer. This should last for at least another 3-4 changes.

I will provide all the tuning files as well as the stock configuration to the buyer. I also have the full stock exhaust including the cat as well as the stock airbox, these items will come with the car.

This car has not been chopped or beaten. I have kept it meticulously clean and there are no mechanical issues with it. I love this car and would rather not get rid of it, but with the baby on the way, I do need to sell it. The price is firm, I'm not negotiating because I've put it at a very competitive price right off the bat so there's no need to place offers any lower.

I'll be driving the car once a week until it's sold, so no more significant miles will be put on it. Test Drives will be considered, but obviously limited. PM or post here if you have any questions.
