I know I said I was totally in - but I might fink out.

Since ya guys picked saturday (why not); I will probably be in Soulard. The 26th and 27th they are running the Taste of Soulard. It's basically a make-your-own bar crawl that starts @ 11am each day.

 

dang that blows, if you change your mind we will be there haha and for going to get drinks afterwards!!

 

Yeah, we just firmed up our plans for Saturday. We're meeting up @ noon and going into Soulard as a group.

Crapper....... I'll probably miss the show completely. I've yet to make one of them!

 

Damn that sucks man I wanted to meet everyone but o well, this wont be the first meet I try to organize in STL. Car show is usually a fun time... I dont like going every year because there are only so many new concepts at the shows but if you go every two years it keeps it all interesting.

How late do you go bar hopping?

 

The 'Taste' runs from 11-5pm. Obviously there will be people out from the event into the evening and nighttime - plus the regular Sat night crowd I'd assume.

Our group... depends on the temps really. We have a friend that lives kinda close that we'll head back to - in shifts - once we're done.

I went last night and was kind of dissapointed. All of the cars I wanted to see are in Detroit. No ZR1 or GT-R. I grabed a bunch of GT-R posters. The X is there and I liked it. That is about all.

 

The X is on loan from Kirkwood Mitsubishi - I was talking with their sales guys earlier in the week. They prepped it and sent it off the same day it was delivered!

Overall though; that seems to be the theme in the some of the bigger draws skip the STL stop. Bastards!

 

Well the X is the main thing I want to see... only have seen pics so far .
