I just ordered my JIC FLT-A2s! They should be here in a week. I still haven't installed my Blitz turbo timer. I need a ****in' harness? Where can I get one? Which one to get? I'm still waiting on my Omori boost gauge. $170 from Omori North America's website! They're doing a close-out sale! Check it out at www.omori-na.com. If you want stock looking gauges, tell them you want the Omori boost gauge for the STi cuz the STi's gauges are exactly like ours - black face, red needle, red backlight.

Anyways, I drove by Superdawgs today, but nobody was there so I guess that meet was squashed. I'll just show up to a meet when I have the rest of my **** installed so you guys can give me your opinions.

are the fronts inverted like they are on the 3G's FLT-A2's?

also, what spring rates did you get? For the most neutral handling you'd want higher rates in the rear than in the front.

also, where did you buy them from? Are they coming to you pre-tuned? If not your gonna spend many many days trying to get your car to not handle like ***.

Even with mine pre-tuned from RRE (Road Race Engineering) they still required some adjustment to work with my wheel/tire combo.

Since you do a lot of city driving your really gonna start to hate Chicago, I refuse to drive my car downtown because it just kills my back.

And one last thing for you to look forward to: Salt getting into the threads. Its recommended with any coil-overs to spray down the threaded portion with WD-40 any time they get wet or come into contact with road salt. Make sure you've got plenty of WD-40.


But all these things are the compromise to having the best! Have fun Mike, your car just got faster than mine..........

Phil, you should know me by now. I get most of my stuff from Garage Kwai, and since Ben's shop is a JIC dealer, I ordered mine from him. He always hooks me up with a good deal cuz we buddies! Hehehe!

I was actually going to order a set of Ralliart coilovers, but I figured it might take a while to get here since they're special order. So I stayed with JIC. Notice the JIC theme? I'm getting a bunch of other JIC parts too, but as far as details, I'll let you guys see it when I get them.

I already hate Chicago streets. Remember when I lowered my Eclipse with Ground Controls without my KYBs? Bounced like crazy! Bent my stock rims too.
