South Holland Mitsubishi
South Holland Mitsubishi
Last thursday I went to the dealership to get some qoutes on a 09 Lancer GTS. Well after about 4 hours of negotiating I came out with a set price of basically the lowest they would go before I left with no deal. Anyways the next day I got the same price with more options at Max Madsen in Downers Grove and purchased the car there. Well today, a little over a week later I get a follow up call from South Holland asking if I am still interested. I said I already purchased because I got a better deal somewhere else. After a little bit of "yelling at me" they finalized the call by calling me an "***" and hanging up.
Now I had nothing bad to say about the dealership, but no longer will I EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. And I certainly won't be back. I think that is so rude and very unproffesional. I'm sorry that I even have to post something like this.
So stay away from them unless you like threatening phone calls.

Stealerships in general suck major culo. I hate them all. Congrats on your new whip.
I generally have another dealer on the phone while im negotiating in person. Its funny it ends up like a bidding war. You tell the one guy on the phone "Could you beat his price?" and you should see their faces. Eff them all, Im there to get the best price as a consumer. Especially with the way the economy is right now, no one is buying **** so you'll end up getting a good price.
