First off I'm in the NW burbs of Chicago, and have a Silver 8. A lot of the panels have the clear coat peeling off so I was going to get the clear redone on those panels, the hood, and the c/f on the wing. However, I've always wanted a white evo so I was thinking about just getting the car repainted in white.

Does anyone know how much a color change like this would cost? Time frame on getting it done? Any good shops you can recommend? Already talking to Carlos at HQ Kustoms (the place where AMS used to be), and have heard good things about an A&L Autobody so I'm going to call them tomorrow.
