**STOLEN** 1995 Toyota MR2 Black, seeking help of EvoM!!
Hey guys, a local guy from Naperville had his 1995 MR2 Turbo stolen this morning. Please read the following, look at the pictures in the Flikr link, and keep an eye out for this car. Please email the guy at: savvy75@live.com if you see a car that looks like the one. Thanks EvoM!

This is actually the first time for me since I owned my MR2 to hear about one getting stolen. This car is in beautiful shape and the most distinctive characteristics of this car is the clear front corner lights and a low rising, black with tan interior, and modified headlights (please look at pictures for examples). If you find anything on Craigslist, ebay, etc, please PM me and I will relay the message to him. Thanks again for your help!

My 1995 Toyota MR2 Turbo was stolen off of my Driveway in Naperville, IL last night or early this morning. (2008-07-24/25 between 9pm and 8am)
Yes, the car was locked with NO keys inside. Funny thing: it was blocked in by my truck.
If anyone sees it, PLEASE let me know asap!

Stock one-piece rear wing
T-tops
Stock fog lights
Rogue Rev6 headlights
Clear corner signals
Cross-drilled / slotted rear rotors
Antenna locked in "up" position
Otherwise stock
License plate starts with: "VUDU.."
No front plate

If anyone happens to see any used Rev-6, clear corners, or other 95T parts for sale (on MR2 forums or Craigslist or elsewhere), please let me know. Maybe we can find this guy. thanks!

I live in Chicago/Gotham... Ill keep an eye out for it. The fact that someone took it off your front lawn really pisses me off. Ill be crusing tonite so if you can put up a contact number and someone sees it they can call you after they call the cops.. Would be helpful. Good luck Brother.

The guy replied to the MR2OC thread by saying he has one lead but hasnt gotten into detail yet, and another person said NASIOC has some leads as well. Haven't checked out that thread yet though.
So no real news, no trickery of the insurance company yet, and definitely no claws yet.
