The previous owner of that car is on a local z forum. Chicagoz.com I believe he bought that car from the autobarn and also traded it back to the autobarn for another car. He also bought my 300zx-TT and sold it to another guy I know.

Read the Acura of Peoria story in my signature. Don't get it unless you are truely willing to PAY for the consequences. And keep in mind I had one of the best shops in the country to examine mine. Carfax doesn't mean ****, get the VIN and ask the Mitsu dealership if they have done any work to it...

^just read your story.

this truly amazes me that this thing or should i say these things happen in this country, i mean i know we dont live in a perfect world or country at that but here in the US? In the US that everything seems to be "in order" i personally would never think that this thing happens. It just seems that you can never get away with doing wrong things here.

Yeah, I'm not warning out of being picky or something, that experience was truely one of the worst, just anxiety all the time over what to do and possibly getting stuck with a POS- made it hard to operate at work, etc. I caution because I don't want someone to have to go through the same thing.

I almost bought that car too.....found the car I bought now instead. The LTV was too high to get the car 100 percent financed.
