Help Wanted:

Top Speed Autosport is looking to hire a specialist for online and internet sales. You will need to be able to work with our expanding online forum sales community as a vendor/sponsored on a multitude of forums and communities.

Requirements:
You will need to answer PMs and thread replies with knowledgeable information and prompt action. You will also need to be able to create threads and posts to place products we carry in a fashionable/informational manner. We will have both products in stock/on order that you will have to keep track of and customer relations. You will need to be able to answer phone calls and emails regarding customer sales throughout the process.

Web design and basic HTML knowledge is needed, being able to work with Microsoft Expressions, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other virtual design programs to create templates or image editing would be a bonus as well.

You will also be handling shipping and packing packages as well for shipment.

And of course, the most important, must have knowledge of the import scene, including brands of parts as well as vehicle information (differences in bolt pattern between 04 or 05 STi, what is an Evo8 versus an Evo9, why higher profile tires have more sidewall flex, titanium exhausts versus stainless steel, and wheel offsets, etc)

Experience:
Include the forums you visit most often, as well as your username, post count, and join date. Include any sales experience also.

Payment:
You will be paid on an hourly basis, with possible commission based on the amount of revenue and sales generated per month.

Availability:
Full time required, able to start as soon as possible.

Looking to fill Second Position

Requirements:
We're also looking for someone who can do general sales with knowledgeable information about automotive parts and import vehicles. You will be contacting customers and answer phone calls daily, as well as recommending parts and brands that we carry. Knowledge of wheels and tires sizes and offsets for certain vehicles would be preferred.

They will be required to do some light lifting of parts and organizing of wheels/tires or parts we have in stock. We will provide training of mounting and balancing tires and wheels and installing wheels onto cars. Basic knowledge of installing parts, such as headlamps, light bulbs, intakes and bolt-on parts would be a plus. Knowledge for online forums and sales would be appreciated.

Experience
General Sales and basic automotive parts bolt on needed. Some training will be provided on tire and wheel mounting/balancing.

Full Time/Part Time positions offered.
