April 10th is the meet.

 

why is this on the same night as jdmc's again..?

 

must be some sort of a rivalry on who can get the most crowd.....

 

thats what im beginning to think. jdmc first set up theirs on the 3rd then this one popped up as the 10th, then theirs changed to the 10th.

 

I certainly hope that's not the case.

 

^agreed, its not like we are in california. how many meets can we get on a "good" year? come on now.

 

I'd try to show up to one of these, but is there any e85 stations in the area?

 

While I likely wont be attending the mitsu one, I wish they were on separate days as the JDMC events have a wide draw and seem to be pretty good events. . .and last year there were usually a decent number of Evos at the JDMC events.

The JDMC meet WAS NOT meant to compete with this one lol. He set the Apirl 3rd date on the March 7th and then a couple of hours later changed it to April 10th because the date worked better for another group of people. He changed the date over at jdmc.com right away but forgot to change it here on EvoM.

JDMC IS NOT TRYING TO CUT INTO THIS MEET. Chicagotrixx just made a mistake by not keeping that thread updated.

 

I also find that a little shady...we planed it so they could have one, then ours a week later...

Not knocking the JDM meets because they have a wide variety of cars which is nice.

Yeah, it was definitely a good time. I will continue to go to JDMC meets and will also try to go to some of these meets.

Thing is, that wasn't a JDMC meet that was a meet an individual set up, so you can't blame it on the JDMC staff.

 

You can't blame it on JDMC, these meets you are speaking of are in the bootleg section, not in the official JDMC meet section.
