Hello everyone,

My friend and I are setting up a little track meet at Gingerman raceway. I would like to get 10 or more people to come out at least. The plan is to head out Saturday morning around 7 am and get to the track around 9 am. The price to run is 160 dollars if we get 10 people, less if we get more people. The track will be available from 9am -5pm. The individual I talked with said we should be looking at about 2.5-3 hours of track time! This will include your insurance to run, EMS on standby and flag men. This is just a simple road course event to have some fun and meet new people.

FYI - NASA will be there next weekend 8/21-8/22 running full race groups, TT and HPDE's for the newbies with instructors. I'll be there running TT, I know there will be other Evo's as well.

There's also an open lapping/practice day the Friday 8/20 before for like $150-170.

 

If i didnt have to work on friday I would have set this up sooner. I felt like it was to short of notice. This way there is alot of time for planning schedules ect.

 

Just moved up here and definately interested. I'm about three hours from there.

Do you need a license or any track specific modifications? Were you thinking of doing like a time attack setup or is everyone gonna be on the track at the same time?
