Spotted a silver 8/9 with gunmetal wheels on 94/90 interchange. Honked, and exchanged waves on Tuesday. Car sounded nice.

 

Ok...I saw a bunch of X's yesterday. I took mine into the Max Madsen in Aurora and saw a black MR in the shop with mine, don't know what was getting done as it was on the ground. Then I saw a black GSR in one of the pull in garages out back of the dealer. Finally, on the way leaving I saw a red GSR drive past the light going into the dealer. I was too far back in the turn lane to wave.

 

so how was the experiece at max madsen?

 

Saw a WW GSR going east on 290 this morning at 8am close to Schaumburg.

 

wednesday i saw a rr x on warrenville road, sounded good. i was in the black taurus, a company vehicle. i tried to give you thumbs up, i think you saw me.

 

@beetle orange: All I ended up getting was an oil change. It went fine, nothing to complain about. The only bad thing was they washed my car which was a joke. I mean, my car was dirty, so I appreciated the thought, but it looked like they just sprayed water at it. The very front of the rims was clean, but the sides of the spokes were clearly dirty, along with the rest of the rims. And there was still little pieces of bird crap on the car lol. I kinda wish they just didn't because now it looks like I don't know how to wash a car.

 

lol, that i forgot to warn you about. i always tell them just not to wash it since i know they will as a "complimentary" service, needless to say i experienced that as well the first time.

Nah it wasnt me although i work extremely close to them. i think i saw your car at the gas station on the corner of commons and new york a while back.

 

Yesterday I saw a grey 8/9 no spoiler, but had a generator on the roof. On Newburg around 6:40pm. Then a little later a red X parked outside Charleys.

 

I too am from the Rockford area and that might have been one of the Project Shocker guys. Chinese guy maybe? Seen the real clean white RS yet?
