Two birds with one stone, finally get a custom tune making more power than the AMS base flash with less boost, safer AFR's, and doing so gave me a reason to dust off the video camera. Enjoy, and thanks again Boomba Racing!

While I don't doubt you made more horsepower than the AMS baseflash, I'm slightly confused at the rest of the statements you made about the baseflash tune.
The AMS baseflash is meant to be a SAFE file that can be loaded into almost any car with the proper AMS parts. Key word being SAFE! Horsepower is sacrificed so that the customer does not have to pay for a full tune but still get 95% of the benefit from being tuned. The baseflash does this exceptionally well. There will be variations in each car, but I highly doubt there was anything that was unsafe about the AFR's on your tune. Remember, all tuning methodology is not the same, and while your AFR might be richer than it was before, that does not mean that it is safer, or even optimal.
